Running test cases

Greetings,

I am new to pybind11 (or any other Python-C++ interaction).

I followed docs and installed it via Anaconda
conda install -c conda-forge pybind11

The next section First Steps says

This sections demonstrates the basic features of pybind11. Before getting started, make sure that development environment is set up to compile the included set of test cases.

How do I set it up properly? Do I need additional folders / files from the repo?
In other words, from where do I need to run

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make check -j 4
