Revamp "add poi" interface

• Show existing points in background - helps with precise positioning.
• Try keeping the crosshair fixed, move the map underneath.
• After position is set, display html form in full screen, with more fields: name, type (probably needs two inputs for type and subtype), website, address (street + number), description.
• Validate fields in the browser before sending to client.
