Can't export to Nextcloud folder : unable to create SAF file

I was using Fairscan with nextcloud, and was working fine.
But since some month (I cannot recall when), it does not work anymore

• in the parameters, I chose one of my nextcloud folder as a export folder
• when exporting : I have the message "Echec de l'enregistrement du fichier" in french for File saving failure, and "Unable to create SAF file".
• if i check the Nextcloud folder, a file has been created, but it has 0 bytes (mentionned is this report)

I have 2.1.0 app version

Let me know if more info is neeeded

This is a duplicate od #139. As of this time the 34.0.1 release of the Nextcloud app seems to have a known bug that is the main factor here, not this app.

The problem was indeed mentioned in #139 but it's not really a duplicate in the sense that it's not the main topic of #139.
And it's indeed a problem in Nextcloud 34.0.1.
It's fixed in 34.1.0 RC1 which is a pre-release.
I'll keep this issue open at least until the final release of Nextcloud 34.1.0 so that other people can find it.

After updating Nextcloud server to 34.0.2, the issue is solved.

Really? Are you sure that was the difference and not the client upgrading to 34.1.0? The update hit Google Play sometime yesterday I think. I haven't tried it because the F-Droid bump hasn't landed in repos yet.

you are right, I did not noticed my Fairscan app had moved to 2.2.0 :)
So that maybe the reason also

Ha! So you update the NC server, your NC app, and FairScan all at once. Great for you but not so helpful for debugging. I'll be glad if this goes away but I think it's too early to pronounce that it was the NC server version causing this. That seems unlikely given what else we know.
