TestPyPI UI Refresh: Feedback & Discussion

As part of #19950 we are staging UI changes to TestPyPI.

Please use this issue thread to share your feedback. Whether you love the changes or think there’s room for improvement, we want to hear from you.

A few things in mind:

• Show, don't just tell: Screenshots are super helpful!
• The "why" matters: If you’re suggesting a change, let us know why. (A little context goes a long way!)
• Keep it kind: We’re all here to make Warehouse better, so please remember to follow the PSF Code of Conduct.
