"Episode is released, but no valid sources!"

Make sure you are on the latest version by running ani-cli -U

Metadata (please complete the following information)
Version: 4.14
OS: Arch Linux
Shell: fish
Anime: rezero, classroom of the elite, etc.

Describe the bug
It says there are error with sources.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run ani-cli "_anime name with season_"
2. Choose episode 1

Expected behavior
Episode should play

I got the same problem, but only on some shows and some episodes.

I tried it on 2 separate networks(one home and other in different city).
I tried it with termux on android and bare metal install on raspberry pi 4.

1. ani-cli --dub -d iron blooded
2. it works for the 1-13 episodes, but 14-25 throws this error.

Is there way for making the ali-cli verbose?
I think it may be cloudflare block or something similar. Or maybe it tries link for one of the casualties of crunchyroll.

just opened a fix in #1721

this happened to me couple hrs ago while watching Jujutsu Kaisen n thought it's something blocking from my end; however, the decrypted sourceUrls included direct Mp4 sources. On the other hand, ani-cli only kept encoded provider URLs.

Thus, when those provider endpoints returned no playable link or timed out, links ended up empty and caused the no valid sources error. (I guess)

you sure it was the fix branch not the master from my github? cuz it works from my end!
for debugging try this ANI_CLI_PLAYER=debug ani-cli <anime_name>

from my side, it hsa worked afterwards; again check that u r on the right branch. if u r on fix branch and still nothing, lemme know
