Sometimes Episose, fetches successful but it doesn't play.

Make sure you are on the latest version by running ani-cli -U

Version: 4.14.1
OS: Android 16 (One UI 8.5)
Shell: zsh
Anime: Taishou Otome Otogibanashi (Ep. 2 and 8 for now)

Describe the bug

Okay so when i press episode 8, it fetches everything normally, and when it's about to play it, it gives me blank mpv screen and goes back to termux after 3 seconds.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run ani-cli
2. Put Taishou Otome Otogibanashi into search bar and press enter
3. Select episode 8.
4. Wait for it to fetch and load.

Expected behavior
it should play me anime!!!

Additional context

it sometimes happened on other animes too but I always ignored it
