Create Slash Commands For Avatar Modify Extension. #1768

Description

Offer the ability for users to use app commands to access the avatar modify module previously only accessible with prefix based commands.

Reasoning

App commands are more user friendly as they offer built in input validation and inline descriptions. This is along with the fact that Discord is pushing app commands and at the time of writing no longer allows prefix commands that can be represented in other ways with Discords native features.

Proposed Implementation

Create a group of app commands under the name avatar_modify. The commands would mirror the existing avatar modify commands: 8bitify, reverse, easterify, pride, spooky, mosaic.

Currently the reverse command accepts text as an argument and returns the text reversed. This will be moved to a separate top level reverse command to avoid overloading commands.
The pride list subcommand will be removed in favor of fuzzy matching autocomplete.
