Add tethering support

It would be great to be able to enable/disable tethering via TUI, instead of having to manually start NAP:

bt-network -c <devicename> nap

EDIT: sudo not required if the user is in the proper group

It's using your phone's internet connection via bluetooth.

I use my phone's internet connection via bluetooth when on the go. It's equivalent to using the phone as a wifi hotspot, but consumes a lot less battery. The phone acts as a Network Access Point, sharing its internet connection via bluetooth with the client (my laptop).

I used to use NetworkManager and nm-applet, which allowed me to switch between wifi and bluetooth tethering with one click. I've since switched from NetworkManager to iwd, and so I now use impala for wifi and bluetui for bluetooth.

Since I pair with my phone in bluetui, I think it makes sense to then press a key to enable tethering (which is a bluetooth thing, not a wifi thing). And bluetui already has the list of paired devices, and can probably query them for the required bluetooth profile.

An alternative workflow would be to first pair in bluetui and then go to impala to switch from wifi to tethering, but then impala would have to handle bluetooth stuff..

There's a tool in bluez-tools called bt-network that manages bluetooth networking services, and which I showed how to use above. Right now I have to open a terminal and enter that command, including having to remember my phone's device name, and leave it open while it runs.
