[BUG] Multicharacter does not load at all

Describe the bug
As the title says multicharacter does not load at all

To Reproduce
Not sure how to reproduce, but issue started after I updated to Win 11 24H2

Expected behavior
Open the menu to create or select a character

• Have you renamed qb- to something custom? [e.g. yes/no] no
