High number of dead links

Logback site contains a lot of dead links to apidocs.

For example, in Chapter 3: Logback configuration DefaultShutdownHook targets https://logback.qos.ch/apidocs/ch/qos/logback/core/hook/DefaultShutdownHook.html, which returns 404 Not Found.

The proper URL seems to be https://logback.qos.ch/apidocs/ch.qos.logback.core/ch/qos/logback/core/hook/DefaultShutdownHook.html
