Maxthon extension

Maxthon is a browser that is very popular in China, and it has its own extension system. Documentation is quite scarce from what I can see, and I still can't see any way to modify requests. Will likely have to sift through https://github.com/violentmonkey/violentmonkey-mx to see.

Message passing between the extension and content-script is one-way, but adding support for responses shouldn't be too hard.

It seems so far there's no way to modify protected headers, meaning many rules won't work.
