This will be rather difficult to implement, but it would be useful for advanced users. The idea is to allow applying arbitrary settings per-site or per-domain. The "default" profile is the base profile, and any future profile will be applied on top of the default profile (possibly allowing for some to be applied on top of each other as well?)
For example, one could create a Twitter profile that only applies if the host website has a domain_nosub of "twitter.com", or a Pinterest profile that only applies if the source (image/video) domain is "i.pinimg.com".
Finding a way to do this without being overly confusing to new users is probably going to be tricky.
