Good idea! I'll probably add that in when implementing #13 and #15.

I've just implemented the option to replace all images (#15).

For now, until a "download all" feature is added, you can use the "replace all images" option, and then use another extension to download the now-larger images on that page :) (although I haven't tried any of these, "Download Images from Tabs", "Simage", "Batch Image Downloader" all advertise that they can do this).

#284 has now been implemented in 0.18.0. While the replace images+batch downloading is still the better option in some cases (such as downloading all images on a page - including those not within the current album, or if you need features that currently aren't implemented), this is a first step.
