Describe the bug
Windows Smart App control has begun blocking one of genie's dll files (I think it may actually be called genie.dll but I am unsure, as the message flew by quite quickly).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open the latest build of the CLI on a Windows 11 machine with Smart App Control enabled
- Receive notification that the dll is untrusted
- Windows will stop the CLI from running fully
Expected behavior
Please add the correct digital certificates to your Windows ARM build.
