Does not work on LineageOS 17.1

Hi,
I have been using chibe on an LG G4 running LOS 16 and I'm loving it.
However now that I'm using a 1+ 7TPro with LOS17.1 it doesn't work anymore. I have allowed background running, disabled 'battery optimization' for this app, but it still doesn't work. No vibration, except when I 'click' on 'test pattern'.

Any hint ?

Same issue. Works only when screen is turned on with app.

With lineage 18.1 i get 0 notifications per week, that is just 42 notifications less than expected.
