ZapZap sends notifications for silenced channels

I am subscribed to some WhatsApp channels for which I have notifications turned off. Somehow, I receive desktop notifications from new posts. This happens on latest Windows version.

Thanks for the report. I tested this with the latest ZapZap version, but I could not reproduce the issue.

I muted a WhatsApp Channel, waited for a new post, and no desktop notification was shown. The mute option worked correctly here.

Could you please test it again and provide the following details if the issue persists?

Exact ZapZap version and installation source
Windows version
Whether the same behavior occurs in web.whatsapp.com opened directly in a browser

This will help determine whether the problem is specific to the environment, installation, or WhatsApp Web session.
