Arjuna - Fixes and Minor Feature Additions

This build is a minor update.

It includes the following changes:

• Client can now inquire total instance count and get random instance index from a multi-element.
• Although locally present, support has been added so that client can explicitly ask for presence/visibility of an element.
• Non-conf file, user options support had a function call bug. Fixed.

Along with this release, 0.1.2 version of Java Client-Bindings has been released as well.

Arjuna 0.7.5 - First Public Beta Release

This is the first package that has been uploaded to PyPi for direct install with pip.
