error while registering device

i followed the tutorial till this command -> client_iot.register_device('CAMINHO_DEVICE', 'ID_DEVICE', 'ID_ENTITY') i already created the json file for my device using this file : https://github.com/rahul606/FIWARE-IoT-Tutorial/blob/master/examples/devices/LED.json

but i get this error : json decode error
