no remove namespace method

Would be nice to have a remove namespace method. I can get by with

$el.attribs{"xmlns:xyz"}:delete;

Thank you for reporting this. I'm not actively maintaining these libraries at the moment, but if no one else adds a direct method to remove namespaces before I get a chance, I'll do it on my next update cycle. Cheers!
