College filter on Practice Page

1. Currently, when you switch between categories in the practice page, the college filter gets reset. For better user experience, this should actually not happen i.e. the filter should remain as it is.
2. Reset button doesn't load the videos automatically.
3. Entering a college which should result in no videos getting displayed is actually displaying all the videos of that particular category.
