Should we add a date to the aragorn cache?

I don't think (?) we can tell how old a result is in the current redis

We can't tell right now, not based on the message being returned. You can kind of tell from Strider by looking at the timestamps of the logs, but Aragorn doesn't return any logs.

so one option would be to leave the cache alone but have aragorn write at least a "completed" log message
