style(landing): monochrome globe icon for the language switch

The 🌐 emoji rendered as a colored glyph — the one thing in the nav that
ignored the monochrome hierarchy. Replaced on all 19 pages with a 15px
stroke-currentColor SVG globe (muted gray, theme-aware), matching the GitHub
mark's visual weight.
