fix(seo): standardize landing footers to link all sibling pages
Footers had drifted to ad-hoc per-page link sets, so /open/docx accidentally got the most internal links (6) while the new wedge and embed pages got 0 and several pages were near-orphaned. Replace every landing footer with the same full sibling set (self-excluded) so every page has an entrance, internal link equity is even (9 inbound each), and no format is arbitrarily privileged.
