test: add unit tests for DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX processing functions

- Implement tests for extractDocxMediaUrls to validate media extraction from DOCX files.
- Add tests for preprocessXlsxLineBreaks to ensure proper handling of line breaks in XLSX files.
- Create tests for preprocessPptx to verify the injection of app.xml and core.xml, as well as the removal of unnecessary attributes from notes slides.
- Utilize a custom ZIP builder to simulate real binary archives for comprehensive testing.
