revert: restore sdkjs files to pre-91bc4e2 state

The changes in 91bc4e2 introduced:
1. AllFonts.js: mapped Windows font paths to large local files
   (NotoSansTC-VF.ttf 11.4MB), which caused A.Ya to be non-null
   so the ?? 'ASC.ttf' fallback never triggered, leading to crashes
2. cell/sdk-all.js: added || q['ASC.ttf'] to paper over the crash,
   but this set wrong family_name causing font rendering chaos
3. slide/sdk-all.js and word/sdk-all.js: were left unpatched,
   later patched by us but with cascading HarfBuzz errors

Restoring pre-91bc4e2 state: Windows font paths fail to load,
A.Ya is null/undefined, ?? 'ASC.ttf' fallback applies naturally,
matching the stable v0.0.3 behavior.
