feat(seo): add /open/pdf landing pages (en, zh-CN) and pin a landing-page contract test

- public/open/pdf.html + public/zh-CN/open/pdf.html mirroring /open/docx
  (TDK, canonical/hreflang, FAQPage/HowTo JSON-LD, ranui shell); copy only
  promises what pdf-roundtrip verifies (read, comment/annotate, save back)
- cross-link everywhere: homepage format cards, every landing footer,
  sitemap (lastmod 2026-08-16), llms.txt
- zh-CN 'open your XLSX/PPTX/CSV' CTAs pointed at ?new=docx (a blank Word
  doc); now go to /zh-CN/
- test/unit/landing-pages.test.ts: canonical/hreflang/JSON-LD/sitemap/
  bilingual-pair contract for every landing page
