there is a multi second lag when the user stops using the computer

Is there a more explicit way to tell workrave that I am no longer using the computer, so that

• there is a way to agree to the "time for a micro-break?" popup NOW, and not after a 5 secs delay
• when I otherwise decide to take a micro-break (unprompted, without popup), I have a way to do so without a 5 secs delay
