Micro-break timer misinterprets short pauses as inactivity

Environment:
OS: Windows 11
Workrave version: 1.10.54

Problem:
Currently, when I stop typing or using the mouse for a few seconds (e.g. watching YouTube, reading, or thinking before writing), Workrave may start counting this as inactivity and trigger a micro-break too early.

Expected behavior:
Short pauses during active work should not be treated as idle time.

Additional notes:
The Daily Limit timer includes an option to treat micro-breaks as activity, which prevents similar false detections. A similar solution for the Micro-break timer might address this problem.
