Possible issue: draw custom area may not work on touch devices

When finishing a drawing it appears that the drawing tools continue to control the mouse/touch pointer, preventing it from interacting with any other buttons

To mitigate, disabling area draw for small (mobile size) and medium (tablet/portrait) sizes for now
