adding PyCap to conda repos

Any way to get the valuable package onto the conda repos? It would help with managing env, pip isn't quite there..

That doesn't mean it's not valuable -- just that I'm not prepared to do the work.

If you want to contribute all the necessary changes to publish the package to conda-forge I'm happy to do the final publishing
