[RedisVL] ERROR 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\u256d' in position 0: character maps to <undefined>

Got the above error when trying the RAG/01_redisvl.ipynb tutorial with my own pdf files.
It echoes that after executing the cell:

get info about the index

!rvl index info -i redisvl

How can I avoid that ?
