Grafana demo requires access to internal Docker image

We use redislabs/redis-internal:7.14.0-43.focal to spin up Redis but access to this requires authentication to our Docker repository.

Edit to add we have a note about this in the docker-compose.yml so it is temporary:

    # OR use internal image which has envoy fix
    # image: redislabs/redis-internal:7.14.0-43.focal
    # once 7.14 is release publically we can just go back to following line
    # image redislabs/redis:latest
