Using buffer sqlite leads to an out of mermory error

I get the error:

failed to create stream (gitlab-webhook): failed to init buffer <no label> path root.buffer: unable to open database file: out of memory (14)

and the mermory seems to be normal

               total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available

I found the error was caused by the -

buffer:
  sqlite:
    path: ${READPANDA_DATA_HOME:-/opt/redpanda-connect/data}/buffer.db

it should be

buffer:
  sqlite:
    path: ${READPANDA_DATA_HOME:/opt/redpanda-connect/data}/buffer.db

I guess the redpanda connect parses - as stdin ?
