TTD May Fail with Source Changelog Optimization #184
Description
The TTDMockAdmin creates topics during initialization based on the derived changelog topic name, which doesn't take into account the source changelog optimization. In this case, the initialization of the ParititonedOperations fails because it can't find the number of partitions of the source topic when it calls describeTopics.
