Description

As a developer I want sample code that demonstrates creating a cross language health check that can easily be used as part of DevOps.

Acceptance Criteria

Should demonstrate "simple" /healthz endpoint
Should demonstrate "complex" /healthz/ietf endpoint
Repos should be published to github/Microsoft for sharing

Languages

C#
Java
Typescript

Constraints

Should follow Helium DoD for security, code quality, etc.
