If you get me a copy, I could transform them into a script that you can run in Zotero's javascript runner. On windows, that's most likely the simplest. |

As a follow-up of #2135, I'm also migrating auto-exports from old version (Better BibTeX 1.6.100 installed alongside Zotero 4 for Firefox) to new version (Zotero 6 with Better BibTeX 6.5.2 installed).
Under the data directory of Zotero 4 for Firefox:
U:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortableESR\Data\profile\zotero
, I have the following better-bibtex related folders and files:And it seems that the auto-exports information is stored at the end of
U:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortableESR\Data\profile\zotero\better-bibtex\db.json
.When doing the migration to newer version, I copied all folders and files under
U:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortableESR\Data\profile\zotero
toU:\PortableApps\ZoteroPortable\Data\profile
, and after running Zotero 6, Zotero's own database has been upgraded and I can see all Zotero collections and items are migrated and fine, except that the auto-exports in older version of better-bibtex are not migrated to the newer version, and I noticed thatU:\PortableApps\ZoteroPortable\Data\profile\better-bibtex\db.json
is unchanged after migration. So how can I migrate these auto-exports without re-doing the manual exporting of the collections one-by-one?
