Start with HANDOFF.md — current state of the demo platform and the open items. Architectural decisions behind those items are in ADR.md. Several people drive this repo with different agents, so keep both current: add what you discover, delete what you finish, and always update ADR.md in tandem with HANDOFF.md when a list item implies a decision.
CLAUDE.md covers the Showroom lab-content workflow (the publishing-house spec and stages). The two are separate tracks.
