Manage hover behaviour #5
Description
With the current SVG structure, tooltips appear when hovering one element, showing info relative to this element.
When several layers overlap, it's then impossible to show tooltip of elements in the background.
It would be great to manage hover for each layer pointed by the cursor.
One exemple of this desired behaviour can be found here and is shown below (cursor position in yellow) :
