Similar to how the XREFs filter works, it should be possible to convert valid links between markdown source files into links to their corresponding HTML files.

This would dramatically improve the ease of importing existing (GitHub-compatible) markdown into Dactyl. It might even be a big enough deal that this filter should be enabled by default.
