Write example AXI-Stream cores

Besides of providing examples, these cores will also help test our properties. We should also add infrastructure cores as examples (e.g. stream resizing, stream duplicators, and stream interconnects) which will both be helpful as actual infrastructure and demonstrate sections of the spec (such as 2.3.3 or 2.8.2) that do not apply to an isolated interface.
