Allow editing and sending data on input ports

vizkit based rock display(not rock-cpp/rock-display) provides templates for editing the given type in the Input Ports. Once any data has been changed, the base tree node of the port shows buttons to accept or reject the entry. changed fields are shown in red.

This is part of an effort to gain feature parity with vizkit rock-display.

Also add/allow for graphical input methods, maybe vizkit3d plugin based.

These would be added in a similar fashion to the vizkit3d plugins and open their own window and send their data through rock-display. This would bypass the current mechanism of setting/loading a sample then accept/reject them, or it could be a custom editor which then just changes the sample.

The basics are done, fields in the tree view can be edited, the accept/reject dialog shows up. Once the big hairball of a commit has been split up into more manageable pieces, this will be pushed onto a branch relative to feature/qt5. A backport to qt4 will follow.

Branches feature/item-editing-qt5, feature/image-loading-qt5 have been added. the latter has been separated out because it pulls new dependencies. This should be safe to test. A plugin system for the (new) item handler system will be added, but the interface needs to be cleaned up beforehand.

This is implemented in feature/qt4-qt5, that is qt5 only. This has not been implemented for qt4.
