visa sponsorship and relocation support

Step 1: Get a Job Offer: Apply on the Wise Careers portal and secure a job offer that explicitly includes 
visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Step 2: Short-Term Registration: Wise’s relocation agency will register your employment with the 
Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PPA). This takes 2 to 5 days and gives you an Estonian 
personal ID code.

Step 3: Book Embassy Appointment: Book an appointment at the Estonian Embassy in New Delhi or an 
authorized VFS center in India.

Step 4: Submit D-Visa Application: Attend your appointment, submit your passport, the registration details 
from Wise, and pay the visa fee. Processing takes 15 to 30 days.

Step 5: Travel to Tallinn: Once your Long-Stay D-Visa is stamped, you fly to Estonia and can start working 
immediately.

Step 6: Get Your Residence Permit: After arriving in Tallinn, Wise will help you apply for your long-term 
Temporary Residence Permit (TRP).
