Increasing Memory Over Time

What happened

We've noticed that over the course of multiple days: 14 days in one example, 20 in another (see attached screenshots), Coop's memory usage slowly climbs to at least 2x the initial amount of memory usage.

Currently, we haven't gone longer than 20 days uptime on a single container so it's not clear if the memory will eventually stop or if it increases without bound.
