OD Matrix from Layers as Table - Remove the NA ?

Thank's a lot for the plug in, it helps us in many way !

I use OD Matrix from Layers as Table (QGIS 3.40.15) with two points layers and an oriented hydrographic network (big watershed). Nevertheless, the output table is too big to be opened with QGIS or with a csv file because of the NA, so I need a post treatment on Rstudio (I never learn Python...yet). (177Mo --> 3 Mo just by removing the NA)

Do you think it is possible to include an option on QGIS in order to remove the NA directly ?
