What is the recommended way to achieve computation of cross-rep diagnostic quantities such as Rhat?

Ah! I see now that they're already in the summaries, so I was misunderstanding how the rep argument to tar_stan_mcmc_rep_summary behaved. I thought it was a synonym for chain, but see now that chain is an independent argument.
