After download the project on a Ubuntu 18.04 OS with ROS installed.
When executing "qmake .." nothing happens,
when run the next "make", got error:
make: Nothing to be done for 'first'.
What is the problem?
Is this plugin depending on the https://github.com/ros-industrial/ros_qtc_plugin ?
