[Tentative] feat: jumpTo navigation from diagram view

Context

When a node has jumpTo set, the Continue button currently appears in the expanded outcome card in diagram view (v1.6.0/v1.7.0). Direct click-to-jump from the diagram without expanding is not yet supported.

Proposed

Clicking a node with jumpTo in diagram view should jump the walk directly to the target node, consistent with how clicking any other node advances the walk.
