themeSelector position arguments

At the moment themeSelector doesn't take any input, can we have position arguments so we can make position it where we like, something like:

shinythemes::themeSelector(top = "111px", right = "222", draggable = FALSE)

Ideally all relevant arguments from fixedPanel().
