Front end error handling for uploading images that are too large

I'm not entirely sure which image triggered this or whether it was the total size of all the images.
But it would be nice to handle this on the frontend.

When running this in my local test environment, it fails silently.

Reproduced it with a total size of more than 5MB. Tweaked the server settings to allow 30MB in total.

Locally, it could help to tweak these settings in your php.ini

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 30M

; Must be greater than or equal to upload_max_filesize
post_max_size = 30M
