Fix a bug that cause the incorrect link if a section has more than one contributor by adding a helper method. Contributors split by comma or space would generate multiple link to everyone's GitHub homepage.
Cleaned up a merge conflict which cause ruby-china#80 in page `getting_started`

Fix issue #80 by cleaning up the merge conflict message in
getting_started.textile.Also I updated the helper method which generating contributors link to their GitHub page. Now multiple contributors of one section will generate own link for each.
